J&K was founded by a Professional Engineer and Qualified Builder with experience in land development, site design, project management, and construction.
After years of helping plan neighborhoods, we saw many families caught between two options: repetitive production homes or expensive fully custom builds. J&K was created to offer a practical path to a personal home.
